The deluxe king room had all the basic facilities needed. the employees in the restaurant, including the manager, were very friendly and efficient. - the hotel's location is perfect, being close to a golf course and a big old house.

Lively hotel with generous breakfast and a stunning location to the Leisure Centre. Attentiveness from the whole staff. Well-appointed room with separate bathroom and coffee and armchairs. Lots of food available in the restaurant.

Good selection of food for breakfast. Nice lobby area. Tea and Coffee in room, room safe.

Dirty old socks left in a drawer caused disgusting odor. Room just ok otherwise, didn't really equate to the price or to the lobby appearance. Couldn't set Air con to low temp. Curtains let sun in room at 6am. Poor selection of TV Channels and poor reception. Doors into en-suite bathroom were swing type, not too private. Iron Very slow service at breakfast.

The location here is fantastic, being just a short walk from a charming Museum.

I found the whole hotel experience very enjoyable and relaxing. Bar entertainment and bar food made for a very nice evening . Most of all would like to compliment all involved with cleanliness . Everywhere was spotless.

I didnt like the dinner menu in Fredricks Restaurant and found the food only very average. However breakfast was superb.

The staff here were excellent and very attentive, plus the location was convenient with nearby attractions such as the Tullow Museum in close proximity.

We had a very pleasant stay at this friendly family-run hotel. the free parking was onsite, very good service. - Had the opportunity to use 24-hour room service at no cost. - the location was exceptionally nice and ideal, not too far from Tullow Museum.

Convenient check, in and the option for a later check, out time makes the stay hassle, free! 🔑.

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly at all times. I loved the relaxed, easygoing atmosphere and the spaciousness of the hotel. I absolutely loved the library - lovely to sit in to relax with the complimentary papers and a nice cup of coffee after breakfast. Or alternatively the lobby which is spacious, lovely to people watch. The bar food was excellent and bar staff could not be more helpful in all respects. They went the extra mile.

My only grip, which actually was very annoying, was the lateness of the room cleaning staff. We went down for breakfast at 9 and didn't return to our room until 2.15 and the room was not done. We did not receive any change in towels and in fact there was still linen baskets left in the hallway when we were going down for dinner at 6 o'clock. I just don't understand why the room service staff did not get to us before 2.15 or why they still lingered on the floor so late into the day/evening.

Location/setting. All staff could not have been more helpful. Room excellent. Especially pleased to find separate bathroom & W.C.

Room used for wedding reception in golf club was not quite up to the excellent standard found elsewhere in the hotel. eg. curtains poorly draped, some loose wallpaper.
